Drama, Dance and Vocal Coach

Emer is a professional singer, dancer and musician.
She has also obtained a B.Ed. Hons Degree with a distinction in her teaching work.
Drama in education, psychology, philosophy, teaching management and many other relevant subjects were among her studies for this degree and are valuable aids in her skill at running her performing arts classes.

Emer also studied acting courses at the Gaiety School of acting.
She also received the Associate Performance Diploma and the Licentiate Diploma with the Leinster School of Music and Drama (A.L.S.M.D. and L.L.S.M.D), qualifying her to work as a Speech and Drama teacher.
Emer won the Crystal Globe of Excellence for her acting performance and academic achievement while studying acting at Griffith College Dublin.

Emer’s ample performance experience and academic study can nurture a child’s experience of drama and theatre, singing and dance in a safe and fun environment.

Dance:
A champion Irish dancer and a qualified Irish Dance Teacher, (T.C.R.G) Emer has the experience of touring all over Europe and Japan with a dance troop as solo singer and dancer.
Emer has experience of both performing in and choreographing dance performances, dealing with press and tv interviews at home and overseas, and in recent years, Emer has written, produced, directed and taken part in various sell out stage productions, plays and musicals. 
She also enjoys contemporary dance, Emer has choreographed musical theatre and pantomime dance performances for children where the children have learned technique, skill and the enjoyment of dance.

Emer has also worked as an artist in residence in schools and her residency with TAP Programme was selected by Kids Zone in Sligo for filming and inclusion on the arts in education Portal.

Singing:
Emer has studied voice with the renowned Dr Veronica Dunne at the Leinster school of music and drama.
She now also works as a professional singer and has performed at various prestigious venues, functions, shows, gigs and festivals all over Ireland and Europe.
Emer released her debut folk album ‘Hourglass’ in 2022 with two no 1 songs and she has received great successa and with fantastic reviews from various sources including Ireland’s renowed music magazines, Hot Press and Irish Music Magazine.
She is set to continue to new heights in 2023.
